The topic for our next meeting will be “Successes and Failures: Sharing the Best and Less-Than-Best of Our Teen Programs and Services.” This will be similar to our annual “Anatomy of a Failure” session, but we are hoping to put an equal emphasis on what really works in our programs. To that end, we are encouraging members to bring multiple copies of flyers from some of their most successful events to share with the group. We will also be getting ready for our ELECTIONS, which we will hold in November. We will be announcing open positions and encouraging members to consider leadership in BAYA!
