The upcoming BAYA Meeting will be held on July 26th at the Berkeley Public Library.
Jack Baur, Teen Services Librarian, Berkeley Public Library, will be presenting on Collaboration Between School and Public Libraries with Jessica Lee from Willard Middle School. We will be talking about our own experiences with collaboration, as well as sharing some of the results from the survey we conducted last summer.
We think that this is going to be a great opportunity to get some of our colleagues in the schools at a meeting. I’ve heard from a lot of school librarians that making it to our meetings during the school year is difficult which is why we selected this relevant topic for the summer.
